• Additional documents not in the initial file
• Clarifications about family relationship or death circumstances
• Correction of documents with errors or inconsistencies
• Banking information for eventual payment

Receiving an additional request does not mean the file will be denied. It is a normal part of the verification process. The key is responding correctly and on time.

• Approval — the right to compensation is recognized and the payment process begins.
