How is the process carried out?

1. Document Collection and Preparation

We gather all essential documents, such as kinship certificates, criminal records, and death certificates. These documents must be apostilled, translated into Ukrainian, and notarized to meet Ukrainian legal requirements. This step can take several weeks, depending on the complexity of the documents.

2. Contract Signing

Before starting the process, we sign a contract with you outlining all the terms of our collaboration. This contract specifies our services, fees, and the compensation payment schedule. Everything is fully transparent, with no hidden clauses.

3. Submission and Verification of the Claim

Once all documentation is complete, our lawyers submit the compensation claim to the Ukrainian authorities. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will verify the documentation and may request additional inquiries to confirm the validity of the claim. This step can take 1 to 3 months, depending on the response from the authorities.

4. Case Monitoring and Review

Throughout the verification process, we maintain constant oversight to ensure everything is in order and deadlines are met. We keep direct communication with the authorities and regularly update you on the status of your case.

5. Approval and Notification

Once the claim is approved, you will be notified, and the distribution process for the compensation will begin. We ensure that everything is well organized so that beneficiaries receive their share equitably.

6. Bank Account Setup and Funds Distribution

If necessary, we assist you in opening a bank account in Ukraine to receive the compensation. The first installment is usually made shortly after approval, with subsequent payments distributed according to the terms set by the authorities. 7. Payment of Fees

Our fees are based on the amount of compensation received, according to the terms agreed upon in the initial contract. Everything is managed without surprises or hidden clauses, ensuring maximum transparency at every step.

8. Case Closure and Final Follow-Up

Once all installments of the compensation have been received, we formally close the case. We remain available for any additional inquiries or assistance with related processes.
