We Handle the Entire Process
We support foreign families in the legal process to obtain compensation for soldiers who died in Ukraine.
Step 1:
Document Collection and Preparation
We collect all the necessary documents, such as certificates of kinship, criminal records, and other relevant documents of the deceased. The documents must be apostilled, translated into Ukrainian, and notarized.
Step 2:
Submission and Verification of the Request
Our lawyers will submit the compensation claim along with all the documentation to the Ukrainian authorities. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will verify the information and conduct additional checks to ensure the proper validation of the claim.
Once the claim is approved, the first installment of the compensation is received. Our fees are based on the compensation received, in accordance with the agreed terms, with no hidden clauses and complete transparency.
Step 3:
Compensation Receipt

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long does the compensation claim process take?
The entire process can take between 10 and 12 months, depending on how quickly documents are obtained and how promptly military authorities respond.
2. Do I need to travel to Ukraine to complete the process?
Not necessarily. Most of the process can be handled through a power of attorney, eliminating the need for travel. However, in some cases, physical presence may be required, such as opening a bank account.
3. How is the compensation distributed among beneficiaries?
The compensation is divided equally among all beneficiaries. For example, if there are five beneficiaries, the total amount will be divided into five equal parts. Payments are typically made in installments.
4. What happens if the Ministry of Defense rejects the compensation claim?
If the claim is rejected, our team of lawyers can file an appeal in court, provided there are solid grounds to win the case.
5. How and when will I receive the compensation?
Compensation is paid in several phases. The first payment is usually made after the claim is approved, and the remaining payments are distributed in monthly or annual installments, depending on the agreement.
6. How is the information submitted verified?
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reviews all documents and conducts additional checks with military units and other agencies to verify the information.
